Airway is an service for UAM operating system. While I was working in Plana, I could interviewed various group of user types, so I build the operating system just for UAM.There are already a lot of mobility apps but they are only focused on ground mobility. As time goes by, the market is expected to expand to Air mobility too.
So I assumed what will be necessary or expected to UAM infrastructure operators.I wrote my graduation thesis by analyzing the results and bring into visual design.
Overview
UAM is currently focused on flights lasting less than 90 minutes. However, Customers will demand greater comfort compared to current flight experiences. It is projected that UAM will be commercialized within 10 years.
Problem
Lack of Cognitive information for Passengers
Users all perceive/experience it as one flow, but the information provided by the airport and the information provided by the airline are all separate, and there is no room to choose from many options when selecting a seat.
Project goal
Provide the information of the flight Environment
From departure to the airport to boarding, providing as much information as possible so that passengers can simulate it in their heads.
How might we
How might we motivate users to study?
How should flight experiences differ from now?
Competitor Research
Positive evaluation of the system of organizing and directly giving rewards
Target Market
Negative evaluation that people may not learn the lecture properly by focusing on accumulating points.
Airway
Solutions which can connect from airport to landing

How to approach complex data and considerations and turn them into design
I conducted four large surveys and interviews, and in the process of setting goals, we felt pressure to provide exceptionally different services. So, we started to approach it as a more complex service. By simplifying the goal and designing a logical structure, we achieved the current result.
