It is projected that UAM will be commercialized within 10 years. UAM is currently focused on flights lasting less than 90 minutes. So it will replace low price airplanes to UAM. However, since it will be more frequent and more private, customers will demand more comfort compared to current flight experiences.
As I was working as Ux researcher, I did two categories of research. That 2 researches are differ from the users which was for pilots and passengers.
Overview
UAM is currently focused on flights lasting less than 90 minutes. However, Customers will demand greater comfort compared to current flight experiences. It is projected that UAM will be commercialized within 10 years.
Project goal
From departure to the airport to boarding, providing as much information as possible so that passengers can simulate it in their heads.

Idea sketching and Advancement
First wooden mockup was for the pilots. So it has simulating system managed by Avionics team attached to the mockup, so I could interview pilots who has experienced in actual private jets and fix-rotor planes.
And Second one was for the passengers.I was solely manage to work on experiments so I seperated in two groups of passengers. 4 and 6 people. As doing so, I could interview each groups about how they feel about the seats and space and what would they expect about interior.I collected the data by survey and make interviewees leave their comments both online and mockup.And bring them into 3d and illustrator, so I can deliver visual data.
After a demo day where only the MVP features were quickly produced and released, the final design and features were selected through concept design and function ideation.
