Ubob is origianlly B2B company for educating employees in customer company. Ubob requested us to conduct the user test about original service but it’s already can’t be utilized well because it was 10 years old design. We provide customized educational services to corporate executives and employees so that they can take unlimited subscription-based educational content optimized for the user's learning habits.
Overview
Even if users consistently sign up for learning for self-development, they find it difficult to remember their goals and maintain continuous learning habits.
Problem
There is a high rate of giving up on learning due to lack of continuous motivation.
It is difficult to set goals and choose the lectures you want to take.
If the selected course is longer than 20 minutes, it is difficult to continue watching.
If you only learn without reward, you will not be properly motivated.
Also, it is difficult to come in, watch lectures, and increase retention.

Not all rewards lead to habituation.
As the reward continues, the pleasure from the reward gradually decreases, so various changes and challenges must be proposed.
More specific indicators are needed in the curriculum.
Because there are various lives, backgrounds, and surrounding environments, when proposing goals, motivation should be induced with more specific areas and content.
